TRIATHLON – Léo Bergère becomes 2020 French Short Distance Champion in Montceau-les-Mines

Montceau-les-Mines in Saône-et-Loire (71) is hosting the 2020 French Short Distance Triathlon Championships this weekend. In the men’s Sprint format (750-20-5), Léo Bergère won the French champion title.

As in the women’s race, the men’s race truly came down to the run. At T2, eight athletes were still in contention for the tricolor jersey, including Léo Bergère (Saint Jean de Monts Vendée Triathlon), Pierre Le Corre (Montpellier Triathlon), and three Pisciacais athletes: Dorian Coninx, Aurélien Raphaël, and Tom Richard.
