On October 7, 2026, the Vannes court approved the restructuring plan for Adrisport, the Breton company that markets Adris bicycles. Having entered into a restructuring process in October 2025, the company now intends to continue its growth and prepare for the 2027 season.

Founded in 2009 in Colpo, Morbihan, by brothers Adrien and Romain Duault, Adrisport has weathered a challenging period in a struggling bicycle market. The approval of its restructuring plan marks a new milestone for the brand, which maintained its operations throughout the process.
The Colpo workshop continued to assemble bicycles, while the dealer network, showroom, and website ensured their distribution. This period also allowed the company to reorganize its operations.
“We owe this milestone to our team, our dealers, and our customers, who placed their trust in us throughout the process. We’ve emerged from this with a stronger company and the same passion we had in 2009: to design high-performance bicycles in Brittany and offer every cyclist the best possible product,” said Adrien Duault, president of Adrisport.
With the approval of its recovery plan, the company therefore intends to continue its operations and approach the 2027 season on what it hopes will be a more solid foundation.
