From Wednesday, September 2, through Sunday, September 6, the 2026 Tour of Great Britain is set to once again traverse parts of England and Scotland for five days of particularly wide-open racing. Classified as a UCI ProSeries event, this 22nd edition features a route of more than 900 km, from Lincoln to the Scottish Borders, with a course that alternates between long stages favoring sprinters, hilly sections, and more selective stages likely to impact the general classification. With Tom Pidcock, Benoît Cosnefroy, Jhonatan Narváez, Tim Merlier, Olav Kooij, Filippo Ganna, and Ethan Vernon on the starting line, the field promises to be exceptionally strong. Check out our complete preview of the 2026 Tour of Britain for the detailed route and profiles of the five stages, the schedule, and the channels to watch each day live on TV, as well as the full list of registered riders.
