The 2026 Tour de France Femmes with Zwift is shaping up to be one of the most demanding editions since the race’s revival. From August 1 to 9, the riders will set off from Switzerland, with a Grand Départ in Lausanne, before heading to France for a total course of 1,175 km and nearly 19,000 m of elevation gain. Featuring hilly stages, a 21-km time trial between Gevrey-Chambertin and Dijon, the legendary climb up Mont Ventoux, and a spectacular finale around Nice—including four ascents of the Col d’Èze—this fifth edition promises to build in intensity as the race progresses. Sprinters will have a few opportunities, but puncheuses, climbers, and general classification favorites are expected to quickly take control in a race designed to separate the field through its challenging terrain. To follow the event closely, check out all the stage maps and profiles, as well as the TV broadcast schedules.
