SKS is launching the AirPort, the pump head that no longer requires a valve adapter. It’s fluent in Schrader, Presta, Dunlop, and even the Schwalbe Clik Valve—that new, exotic language of inflation.

Basically, it’s the first pump head that doesn’t give you a dirty look when you switch bikes. SKS has combined its MULTI VALVE head with CLIK TEC technology—a German engineering smoothie, so to speak. The result: a compact head that recognizes the valve on its own, like a dog reuniting with its owner.

No more fiddling with a lever or searching for the right nozzle: you attach it, it clicks, and it inflates. Marcel Spork at SKS promises that the AirPort will become the new standard—without any baggage surcharges. Made in Sundern, it checks all the boxes: quality, short supply chains, and German reliability (but without the stiffness). It will soon come standard on many SKS pumps, making “hassle-free inflation” accessible to everyone. And for older pumps, don’t worry: the AirPort is also available as a replacement part.

So you can upgrade your old pump just like you’d add an electric motor to a vintage bike. When it comes to sustainability, SKS is all about “repair rather than replace,” which is always a welcome approach. The name AirPort is well-deserved: here, a single head works for all valve types—no need to run back and forth between A32 and F19. In short, the AirPort is the pump head that lets you inflate stress-free, sweat-free, and without a 48-page manual. And best of all, it’s the only pump head that makes you want to say, “My tires are ready for takeoff.”
