Raw Pace and Raw Control are here to push the boundaries of gravel riding even further. By combining in-house expertise with the experience gained from the Raw and Drift models, FFWD has created an explosive duo. Like a Michelin-starred chef who combines the right ingredients, the brand has fused responsiveness, lightness, and precision.

The Drift Pace and Control had already shaken up the gravel scene last year, racking up victories around the world. Riders praised their agility, responsiveness, and the confidence they inspire, even in the most challenging turns. Some riders were already using the Raw models for gravel riding: the idea of combining the two worlds came naturally. The result: the new Raw Pace and Raw Control feature the Drift’s gravel rims, paired with Vonoa carbon spokes and the Raw’s FFWD/CeramicSpeed hubs.
This combination shaves up to 150 g off the weight.
The Raw Pace weighs 1,380 g, while the Raw Control weighs just 1,295 g.
Beyond just weight, the mass is redistributed toward the hub, offering impressive agility and a more responsive ride feel.
Compared to the competition, the verdict is clear: few wheels are in this league, and none match FFWD’s value for money. Available since early July, both models will be offered at €2,699 per pair.
Two profiles, two personalities: Control for lightness and adventure, Pace for speed and aerodynamics. The carbon spokes, perfectly suited for gravel riding, provide stiffness and responsiveness while remaining easy to replace in the event of an impact. In gravel riding, their major advantage lies in this unique combination: greater stiffness, less weight, and a significantly more responsive riding feel.
