The French bicycle brand Origine is launching Fast Pass, a new service that allows customers to receive a fully customized bike in just 15 days. This unique offering is designed to meet the needs of cyclists who want their bikes delivered quickly before going on vacation, competing in a race, or simply to enjoy their new bike right away.

Until now, Origine bikes—configured to order and assembled at the Rouvignies factory (Nord)—required a production time of about four weeks. With Fast Pass, the brand reduces this lead time to two weeks for an additional €50, while maintaining its commitment to customization.
A bike configured to the cyclist’s needs
The process remains the same as usual. The customer configures their bike on the Origine website, selecting the frame, wheels, drivetrain, and components. They can then request the Fast Pass option when placing their order.
Within 24 hours, an Origine advisor contacts the customer to verify that the chosen configuration is compatible with the Fast Pass program and to confirm that the promised delivery time can be met.
Four models included
The service is available on several models in the lineup:
- Gravel: Graxx GTO and Trail
- Road: Axxome GTO
- E-bike: Help
To ensure a 15-day turnaround time, Origine limits certain aesthetic options, particularly colors and finishes. However, component customization remains fully available.
An Adapted Production Process
According to the manufacturer, this promise is based on a reorganization of production at its Rouvignies factory. A dedicated production line has been set up to prioritize Fast Pass orders without compromising the brand’s quality standards.
Origine emphasizes that each bike is assembled from more than 3,000 different components, which presents a significant logistical challenge in maintaining such a short lead time for made-to-order products.
With Fast Pass, the brand aims to offer a new shopping experience by combining customization, French manufacturing, and fast delivery.
