French manufacturer Zéfal is expanding its accessory lineup with the Universal Cage Mount, a mounting solution designed to easily add mounting points to all types of bicycles and electric-assist bicycles (e-bikes).

Many cyclists face a familiar challenge: the lack of mounting points on the frame for installing a water bottle cage, a pannier, or even a mini-pump. To address this need, Zéfal is unveiling the Universal Cage Mount, a universal mount that can be attached almost anywhere on the bike.
The accessory features a wide, silicone-coated hook-and-loop strap system combined with a soft pad that ensures both stability and protection for the frame. According to the brand, installation is quick and requires no special tools, while minimizing the risk of scratches on the paint.
Compatible with tubes ranging in diameter from 27.2 mm to 80 mm, the Universal Cage Mount adapts to a wide variety of frames, forks, and seatposts. Its strap can also be shortened to optimize its fit based on the bike’s configuration.
Thanks to a standard 64 mm center-to-center distance, this mount is compatible with most bottle cages available on the market. It also allows you to attach various accessories such as a storage cage, a pannier, a lock, or even a mini-pump. The M5 x 10 mounting screws are included.
