Canyon launches the new Tempr Road and Tempr Off-Road shoes, which are more affordable

Canyon is expanding its line of cycling shoes with the new Tempr Road and Tempr Off-Road, two models designed to make the technologies from its high-end CFR program accessible to a wider audience.

Developed based on experience gained with the Canyon Factory Racing professional teams, these new shoes strike a balance between performance, comfort, and ease of use for everyday riding.

The Tempr Road is designed for road cyclists seeking efficient pedaling performance. It features an 8K woven carbon composite sole, offering an excellent balance between stiffness and lightness. Weighing just 285 g in size 42, it also features a seamless upper, a knitted tongue, and ventilation openings to enhance comfort.

The Tempr Off-Road, on the other hand, is designed for gravel and mountain bike riders who use clipless pedals. To make walking easier, it features a glass-fiber-reinforced nylon outsole with a more flexible forefoot. A rubber outsole provides better traction on varied terrain, while TPU reinforcements enhance protection and durability.

Both models share several common features, including a BOA® Li2 lacing system with bidirectional micrometric adjustment, a construction designed for immediate comfort from the very first use, and a lightweight, breathable synthetic upper.

The new Canyon Tempr Road and Tempr Off-Road will go on sale starting June 2, 2026, priced at €159.95 each. The Tempr Road weighs 285 g (size 42), while the Tempr Off-Road weighs 335 g. Both models will be available exclusively on the Canyon website and via the brand’s app.
