Elastic Interface®, a global benchmark for technical comfort, lends its expertise to Nimbl, master of artisanal cycling shoes. Together, they have conceived a line of equipment designed to offer a superior level of performance and feel. At the heart of the project is an insert developed to support cyclists through every phase of pedaling, preserving comfort, stability, and concentration. When discomfort disappears, the cycling experience becomes smoother, more natural, and more engaging.

Elastic Interface®’s N3X® technology plays a central role: a 3D printed insert allowing millimeter-precise control of support zones. Each part of the pad serves a specific function, balancing targeted protection and reduction of sensitive pressures. The design incorporates frontal perforations inspired by the visual language of Nimbl shoes, improving ventilation and thermal regulation. In contact with the skin, the Eco Graphene fabric offers freshness, stability, and optimal moisture management. The structure relies on open-cell foam for quick drying and constant breathability. It is complemented by D65 Bio Foam, composed of 65% plant-based polyols, which is lightweight, elastic, and durable.
