Wilier unveils a new, more accessible bike, the Rapida

Wilier introduces Rapida, a new entry point into its road range, designed for cyclists who want a simple, fluid, and consistent bike that matches their pace.

The initial idea is clear: speed comes first from the cyclist, not the bike computer. Rapida adopts the brand’s aesthetic and technical codes, with a more accessible approach. It is aimed at those who want a bike identifiable at first glance, without sacrificing the pleasure of riding. A model for long rides, but one that remains lively and responsive when you push the pedals. It is also a gateway to discover the Wilier universe without giving up its sporty spirit.

The geometry seeks a balance between speed and endurance. The position remains dynamic, but comfortable enough to accumulate hours. The stack is positioned between the brand’s race models and endurance bikes. The result: a stable, efficient, and easy-to-handle bike. The carbon monocoque cockpit fully integrates the cables for a clean and modern look. The frame, fork, and seatpost adopt NACA profiles to optimize air penetration. The carbon seatpost maintains the bike’s sleek lines. Tire clearance up to 36 mm opens the door to imperfect roads and rolling paths. This allows for wider tires for more comfort and control.

Rapida accepts 1x or 2x drivetrains thanks to a removable front derailleur mount. The UDH derailleur hanger ensures broad compatibility with modern standards. The Press Fit 86.5 mm bottom bracket shell remains faithful to the brand’s technical choices. Four colors tell four moments of a day on the bike. Dusk Grey evokes the first rides before dawn. Midday Orange captures the warmth and intensity of the midday hours. Lastlight Black reflects the serenity of the last kilometers at dusk. Weekend White symbolizes the lightness of Sunday morning rides.

Rapida positions itself as a versatile, aesthetic, and coherent bike, designed to accompany all road desires.

Price starting from 2899 € for the complete bike with mechanical Shimano 105.
