EF Education and Assos Unveil a Special “Ride In Peace” Kit for the 2026 Giro

Traditionally, the EF team sets aside its iconic pink jersey during the Giro to avoid any confusion with the leader’s jersey. But this year, the new look comes with an unexpected, almost cosmic narrative. “No warning signs. Just a signal,” the brands announce, evoking inspiration drawn from the realms of space and time.

A capsule collection blending performance with interstellar aesthetics

Named Space // Time, the Ride In Peace collection blends textile innovation with futuristic design. The goal: to offer gear capable of meeting the extreme demands of the Giro while asserting a strong visual identity.

Among the standout pieces:

  • A limited-edition SCA jersey with an aerodynamic cut and graphics inspired by extraterrestrial worlds
  • The Mille GT jersey, designed with ASSOS’s advanced textile technologies
  • A long-sleeved Tactica LS model, designed for a more lifestyle-oriented use
  • Equipe R bib shorts, featuring the team’s 2026 visuals

Together, the collection forms a capsule line that is both technical and narrative, where each piece contributes to the universe envisioned by the two partners.

A message beyond sports

More than just a change in gear, this initiative is meant to convey a message. “We’ve made contact… A signal. A message: we ride in peace. What about you?” summarizes the campaign.

For Edwin Navez, this collaboration is part of a desire to challenge the status quo: he emphasizes that performance and identity are too often separated in professional cycling, even though they can coexist and reinforce one another.
