Manufactured in Italy, in the Presezzo factory, this model inaugurates a novel approach: a platform designed from the outset to work equally well with a rigid fork or a suspension fork. The objective is clear: to preserve the flow where other bikes slow down.
The Ultra² Italia marks a turning point for the Ultra range, thanks to the new Fusion Carbon construction, which combines in-house expertise (filament winding + RTM) and more traditional techniques. The result: a more accessible frame, without sacrificing the quality of “Made in Italy.” Complete bikes start at €4098, making the Ultra² Italia the most affordable entry point into 3T’s Italian production.
In terms of handling, the bike evolves in three directions: comfort, control, and capability. The 3Touring geometry offers a higher and shorter position, ideal for long days and bikepacking. The stable and intuitive steering varies from 69° to 72° depending on the size, for safe riding even on demanding terrain. With the Fango Ultra² fork, the frame accepts tires up to 57 mm, paving the way for more committed Gravel riding.
But the real key is efficiency: maintaining speed on changing terrain, reducing fatigue, and preserving momentum. The Ultra² Italia doesn’t try to do everything, but to do more, more often. It’s also ready for exploration: numerous mounting points, mechanical/electronic compatibility, Fidlock internal storage, and dynamo options. To go even further, 3T offers the DT Swiss F 132 ONE suspension fork (40 mm of travel), which improves comfort and grip without altering the bike’s position or handling.
With its new Discus 45|40 wheels, its evolving cockpit, and its multiple GRX or SRAM configurations, the Ultra² Italia establishes itself as a versatile, modern Gravel bike tailored for adventure.
