French manufacturer LOOK Cycle is taking a new step in the gravel market with the launch of the G85 Cezal, a carbon bike designed to combine performance, versatility, and riding pleasure. Inspired by the brand’s road DNA, but enriched with a more playful spirit from mountain biking, this model targets both competition enthusiasts and long-adventure lovers.

Designed in Burgundy, the G85 Cezal takes its name from the wild landscapes of central France. It aims to offer a balanced experience, capable of adapting to both fast tracks and technical terrains. Its objective: to offer a unique bike capable of meeting a wide variety of gravel practices.
Geometry designed for control
The G85 Cezal is based on geometry optimized for stability and precision. Its 70° head angle promotes control on technical terrains, while its short wheelbase ensures excellent maneuverability. The 74° seat tube angle allows for efficient power transfer, especially during sustained efforts.
This architecture aims to find the right balance between responsiveness and comfort, a key point for long rides as well as demanding events.

Maximum versatility and openness to new practices
LOOK has focused on the bike’s adaptability. The G85 Cezal accepts wide tires (up to 57 mm at the front and 50 mm at the rear) to improve grip and comfort. It can also accommodate a suspension fork offering up to 60 mm of travel, a feature still rare in this segment.
In terms of drivetrain, the frame is compatible with most current configurations: electronic groupsets (wireless, Di2), mechanical 1x, or 2x setups.

Already victorious in competition
Even before its commercialization, the G85 Cezal distinguished itself in races. American athlete Russell Finsterwald won the Belgian Waffle Ride in the United States in February 2026 with this model. A success that confirms LOOK’s sporting ambitions in the gravel segment.
According to the rider, the bike stands out for its balance between comfort and maneuverability, while maintaining dynamic and stable behavior, particularly thanks to a revised geometry.

A bike designed for pleasure
With this model, LOOK claims a different approach, less focused on marginal gains and more on the pleasure of riding. The G85 Cezal aims to be adaptable to every practice, without imposing a unique style, allowing cyclists to define their own playground.
The frame also integrates practical solutions such as an integrated storage box in the down tube, as well as internal cable routing for a clean aesthetic.
