Developed in a wind tunnel, it inaugurates the use of Polartec® Power Dry™ Recycled Carbon, a revolutionary fabric that transforms industrial gases into technical fibers. The result: a jersey that reduces its carbon footprint by 66% compared to virgin polyester, without sacrificing performance.

In 2026, Santini becomes the first brand in the world to launch this technology and the only one in Europe to use it in cycling. The fabric, made of 91% recycled carbon, offers breathability, thermoregulation, and lightness (128 g/m²), even during the most intense efforts. A major breakthrough that shows how material science can serve both the planet and cyclists.
In terms of performance, the Aero Race has been wind tunnel tested to optimize every detail. The back panels create a second-skin effect, reducing drag. The ribbed sleeves utilize Vortex Generation, improving airflow for a tangible aerodynamic gain. The whole is completed by a silicone grip, raw-cut sleeves, and three pockets designed for racing.

The Polartec and Santini teams highlight a collaboration that pushes boundaries: transforming captured carbon into a high-performance textile, designed for demanding cyclists. Available in three colors and a unisex cut, the jersey targets both competitors and enthusiasts seeking efficiency and responsibility.
