Oquo unveils a new generation of carbon-spoked wheels

Developed over two years with the Lotto-Intermarché team and professional Gravel athletes, this new range directly translates high-level requirements into a product for demanding general public.

These new wheels don’t just integrate carbon spokes: Oquo has redesigned the entire system, from rim to hub, to fully exploit the potential of this material.
The objective: maximize speed, efficiency, and steering precision.

Carbon spokes provide up to 17% additional torsional stiffness, improving power transmission during accelerations.
Their strength allows the number of spokes to be reduced to 20, lowering rotational mass by 6% for a notable gain in climbing and re-acceleration.
Aerodynamics also improve, with savings of up to 2 W at high speed.
To complement this architecture, Oquo has developed a specific hub guaranteeing stable tension even under the extreme loads of sprints.
All design, prototyping, and manufacturing are carried out in the brand’s Basque factory, ensuring total control of the process.

This mastery allows every detail to be optimized, from component design to final adjustment, to achieve the signature balance of tension, comfort, and precision.
The range consists of four models: RA80 LTD CS for maximum speed, RA57 LTD CS for fast races, RP50 LTD CS for wide tires, and RP45 LTD CS, the lightest of all.
These wheels join the LTD series, equipped with the Eurobike award-winning Q10 hub.
The technologies developed for this range are also found in the TEAM series, making performance accessible to more cyclists.
In just a few years, Oquo has gained the trust of professional teams such as Lotto-Intermarché, Orbea FMD Racing, and the Orbea FOX Factory Team.
