The CAAD14 represents a new stage in the evolution of aluminum frames initiated in 1983. In an era where carbon dominates competition, this model highlights the inherent qualities of aluminum: liveliness, responsiveness, and direct feel.

It does not seek to imitate carbon, but to fully exploit the strengths of its material, with generous tubes, smooth welds, a clean geometry, and a performance-oriented position.

The CAAD14 reconnects with the spirit of the first CAAD frames: marked stiffness, precise handling, and engaged steering. Designed for attacking corners, sprinting, and climbing, it adopts a simple and functional aesthetic, without superfluous elements. It is aimed at cyclists who appreciate the raw sensations and unique personality of aluminum.

This model is part of a long tradition of advanced aluminum frame design, the result of decades of experience and development. Its durable construction and design make it a bike built to last, suitable for both training and racing. It remains easy to maintain and customize thanks to accessible standards such as the BSA bottom bracket shell, the 27.2 mm seatpost, and UDH compatibility.

The CAAD14 offers tire clearance up to 32 mm, a 100% carbon fork with a Delta steerer tube for a clean cockpit, and optimized geometry for precise road control. It is a modern approach to aluminum, true to its identity and oriented towards accessible performance.

Fork weight: 397 g
Frame weight: 1280 g (CAAD14 1 – RAW) and 1410 g (rest of the range) in size 56
