Paris-Nice 2026: The Route, Stage Profiles, and Participating Teams

Paris-Nice, the first major stage race of the cycling season, will take place from Sunday, March 8, to Sunday, March 15, 2026. As usual, it will start in the Yvelines (departing from Achères) and head to the French Riviera. But this year, there’s a major change: the final finish won’t take place on Nice’s traditional Promenade des Anglais, but inside the Allianz Riviera stadium, home to the city’s soccer club. Why? Because the first round of municipal elections will be held on March 15, requiring the Promenade to be used as polling places. In total, the riders will cover approximately 1,250 km with over 16,000 m of elevation gain—a demanding route that promises to be one of the toughest in the race’s recent history. To follow the race closely, check out the route, the profile of each stage, the TV broadcast schedules, and the riders competing in this 84th edition.
