3T renews its commitment to Gravel by combining independence, athlete support, and technological development. The company places its riders and the Racemax² Italia at the heart of the project.
As Gravel continues to captivate enthusiasts and the 2026 season kicks off in Girona with the Santa Vall race, 3T introduces its independent riders as well as the Reverb Cycling team. In recent years, Gravel has experienced exponential growth, with new races, new teams, and new athletes redefining how this sport is experienced.

About ten years ago, the 3T Exploro arrived on the market, influencing the evolution of Gravel as we know it today. Off-road speed, technological innovation, and versatility have always been the pillars of 3T’s philosophy. At a time when the future of Gravel remained uncertain, the brand introduced the concept of “aero-gravel,” opening new perspectives in terms of design and performance. Unsurprisingly, the 3T Racemax² subsequently won two editions of The Traka.
In a constantly evolving competitive landscape, 3T maintains the same approach. Its presence in Gravel focuses on people and their continuous desire to progress.

While product and technology validation through competition remains essential, finding the best way to support athletes while preserving the originality and energy of a rapidly changing sport remains an open challenge.
In 2026, 3T riders competing in the UCI Gravel World Series and other major international events will be divided into two groups: privateers and the Reverb Cycling team. The former are independent athletes, without a traditional team structure, while the latter is an organized, modern, and flexible team, capable of leveraging the unique strengths of each rider.

The 3T athletes committed for the 2026 season include Toby Perry (Reverb Team), winner of the 2025 edition of The Hills; Nils Brun (privateer), 17th in the Gravel World Championship; Marjet Groen (privateer), second in the Bescanonina last Sunday; and Kaitlyn Rauwerda (SOG Team), a young talent already present in numerous endurance races.

3T Privateer and Reverb Cycling Team
Diversity and versatility remain fundamental values for 3T. In a context where Gravel is becoming increasingly specialized, the brand has chosen to support athletes who travel, train, and race independently – men and women who approach competition with creativity and autonomy, balancing performance and personal identity.
As part of the Velodrome Odeon – one of Girona’s most unique cycling shops, housed in a renovated former theater – 3T will present the Reverb Cycling Team during the Santa Vall, the opening race of the 2026 Gravel Earth Series.

The team, composed of eleven people, participates in Gravel and ultra-distance races and stands out for its non-traditional approach to competition. Reverb was created to embrace varied experiences and transform them into a unique strength.
In addition to competition, Reverb manages community centers and 3T bike rental points in Bergamo, Mallorca, and Girona. The team is sponsored by Santini, Fulcrum, Northwave, Continental, Muc-Off, 226ERS Sport Nutrition, Miss Grape, Selle San Marco, and Limar Helmets.
Validation through competition
The bike used by 3T athletes throughout the 2026 season, starting with the technical and fast two-stage Santa Vall on February 14 and 15, is the new Racemax² Italia.

Throughout the year, athletes will collaborate closely with 3T engineers and designers, providing direct feedback from races. The conditions and speeds of competition offer a unique and valuable form of product validation. Their sensitivity and experience at the highest level will directly contribute to the development of future 3T products.
