Wish One announces the launch of the WISH ONE CUP, a new gravel competition format unprecedented in France, designed as a true pathway to high-level performance.
Inspired by single-make series in motorsport, the WISH ONE CUP is based on a simple and radical principle: all athletes compete on the same bike, with a strictly identical configuration. Under these conditions, only talent makes the difference.
A unique format in the French gravel landscape
The WISH ONE CUP will be contested in 2026 over the last five events of the Gravel’Tour Wish One.
Ten athletes will be selected based on their applications by the Wish One race service: 5 women and 5 men under 28 years old.
Athletes over 28 years old may also apply and compete in a “Gentlemen” classification, without access to the professional pathway.
At the end of the season, the first woman and first man in the general classification (under 28 years old) will officially join the Official Wish One team for the 2027 season, as contracted athletes with the brand.
Single-make gravel for sporting equity
All participants will ride the new WISH ONE SUB Carbone (2026 model), in a mandatory and identical configuration:
- Shimano GRX Di2 Groupset

- Carbon wheels
- Maxxis tires (mandatory model and width)
- Selle Italia SLR Advan Saddle
- Brake Authority Brakes
No modifications will be allowed. The objective is clear: eliminate all material inequality to reveal pure performance.

Applications Open
