Vélo Vert Festival 2026: Gravel makes an XXL comeback to Les Arcs!

A few weeks before the official opening of registrations (January 2026), the Vélo Vert Festival unveils two major new features that will get people talking: the completely crazy FULL GRAVITY event and, above all, the grand return of Gravel, more beautiful and wilder than ever. And this year, Gravel is clearly stealing the show.

Gravel reclaims its rights (and what a playground!). After a few years of absence, Gravel makes a strong comeback at the Vélo Vert Festival 2026… and it returns in great shape.

Imagine: starting from Arc 1600, zero assistance, two distances to choose from (50 km or 120 km) and an absolutely insane playground in Haute-Tarentaise.

On the menu for both courses:

  • The Rosuel valley, gateway to the Vanoise National Park
  • The Cormet d’Arêches pass in the heart of the Beaufortain region
  • The sublime Lake Saint-Guérin
  • And of course, the unmissable Cormet de Roselend, this mythical pass that all cyclists dream of

Winding roads, flowing 4×4 tracks, gravelized singles: everything is combined for a 100% adventure, 100% pleasure day, with breathtaking panoramas at every turn.

Whether you come to chase the clock on the Gravel 50 or experience the epic Gravel 120, one thing is certain: you’re in for a visual (and physical) treat.

Bonus: FULL GRAVITY, the craziest descent ever offered

For those who prefer gravity as their engine, the festival brings out the heavy artillery with FULL GRAVITY: 10 km of non-stop descent, 1,335 m of D−, a mix of the legendary Rock N’Arolles and La 8 trails, reconnaissance + timed run + super full-gas final on Sunday, June 14. Enduro, DH or E-Bike, anything goes to send it big.

Save the date!

June 12 to 14, 2026
Les Arcs – Bourg Saint Maurice

Registrations open in January 2026.

With the fanfare return of Gravel, the arrival of FULL GRAVITY, and the rest of the program coming very soon, the 2026 edition of the Vélo Vert Festival is already shaping up to be a historic vintage.
