GREGARIO wins “Best New Builder” award at Bespoked Show 2025

The young Italian company Gregario, based in Cuneo, won the prestigious “Best New Builder” award from the American media outlet BikeRumor at the Bespoked 2025 show, held from October 10 to 12 at Dresden International Airport in Germany. This show, a European benchmark for handmade bicycles, crowned Gregario for its revolutionary innovation in cycling.

A Technological Revolution: The Custom Monocoque Frame

Gregario stands out as the first manufacturer to offer a fully customized monocoque frame, thanks to a patented, unprecedented variable-geometry mold technology. This advancement allows for the design of bikes tailored to the precise biomechanical measurements of each cyclist, offering millimeter-perfect customization, from the frame to the cockpit. This approach combines performance, durability, and waste reduction, while preserving the essence of Italian cycling craftsmanship.

The VERA AR, Star of the Show

The Gregario VERA AR bike, the result of three years of research, captivated the jury with its unique design. Entirely custom-made, it combines technological innovation and refined aesthetics, while remaining true to the flexibility of traditional craftsmanship. This model embodies Gregario’s vision: pushing the boundaries of bicycle manufacturing while respecting the environment.

International Recognition

Salvatore Botrugno and Paolo Baldissera, founders of Gregario, share their enthusiasm: “Our ambition was to merge technology, aesthetics, and personalization. The VERA AR proves that artisanal innovation can compete with the biggest players in the industry.”
