Louis Richard shines again: podium at the Gérardmer XL Triathlon and bike course record after his victory at Embrunman

A Lyonnais by adoption and a member of Monaco Triathlon, Louis Richard continues to impress on the long-distance triathlon scene with a meteoric rise. Just three weeks after making history by becoming the first Frenchman to win the Embrunman two consecutive years, Louis distinguished himself this Saturday by taking 3rd place in the Gérardmer XL Triathlon (1.9 km swim, 90 km bike, 21 km run). The athlete not only made it onto the podium: he shattered the event’s ten-year-old bike record, completing the 90 km in an exceptional time of 2h30’10’’, a performance etched into Gérardmer’s history.
