Transju’Cyclo 2025: sport, inclusion, and solidarity

On September 6th and 7th, 2025, La Transju’Cyclo will bring together 2,000 cyclists for a unique adventure between the Jura and the Doubs regions. With four routes to choose from, this event combines sport, discovery, and conviviality, under the patronage of Jérôme Coppel, Stéphane Bouthiaux, and Marine Strappazzon. This 3rd edition particularly highlights women’s cycling and the inclusion of people with disabilities.

Women’s Cycling in the Spotlight

Following the Tour de France’s passage through Champagnole on July 25th, 2025, female employees of Trans’Organisation rode with the association Donnons des Elles au Vélo, a promoter of women’s cycling. For the Transju’Cyclo, six ambassadors from the association and Marine Strappazzon, a prominent figure in women’s cycling, will be at the start alongside 10 riders from the French Cycling Federation (FFC). With over 400 women among the 2,000 registered participants, the event marks a step towards better female representation, with the ambition to progress further.

An Inclusive Cyclo

La Transju’Cyclo is committed to inclusion with the participation of athletes from the French Adapted Sport Federation and the French Adapted Sport National Team. Among them:

  • Jean-Claude Thievent, 2022 World and European team time trial champion and 11-time French para-MTB champion.
  • Joseph Gerin, silver medalist at the 2025 Winter World Championship in mixed relay.
  • Victorien Perot and Mickael Hoffsschurr, 2025 French para-MTB champions.
  • For the second year, the Mignovillard aid station will be managed by young people with intellectual disabilities from Ahssea, reinforcing the event’s spirit of solidarity.

The 2025 Edition Routes

  • 160 km (D+ 2,000 m): The flagship event, part of the FFC Gold Label Trophy, this route explores the varied landscapes of the Jura Mountains, between lakes, forests, and mountain passes.
