Lapierre made a notable return to the 2025 Tour de France, in partnership with the Picnic PostNL team. At the heart of this success is the Xelius DRS, designed in Lapierre’s workshops in Dijon, optimized in a wind tunnel, and tested in competition. This bike, combining lightness, stiffness, and aerodynamics, met the demands of the steepest climbs as well as the fastest stages.
Oscar Onley’s 4th place reflects both the talent of the Picnic PostNL team and the reliability of the bike, designed to support riders at the highest level.
This 2025 Tour de France marks an important step for Lapierre, back in the World Tour after a period of transition. The Picnic PostNL team, young (25 years old average age) and ambitious, shares the brand’s values of innovation and excellence.
This partnership between Lapierre and Picnic PostNL opens the way for new ambitions, with the goal of continuing to push the limits of performance.
