Job Description SENIOR SALES ASSOCIATE / BIKE TECHNICIAN

To strengthen the team at its Aubagne retail store, Specialized is recruiting an experienced, versatile Sales Associate / Bike Technician. Is customer relations your strong suit? Do you enjoy preparing and adjusting bikes to perfection? Do you have a sense of responsibility and can you fill in for the store manager during their absences? Job Responsibilities

Sales Associate
• In direct contact with consumers, you provide unwavering support to customers by offering personalized solutions.
• You master sales techniques and the range of products and services to provide the best possible experience in the purchasing and brand loyalty process.

Technician
• You excel in the assembly, adjustment, and maintenance of all categories of bikes – Road, MTB, City – and you have experience with electric-assist bikes.
• You can identify the causes of malfunctions in motors, transmissions, and electronic systems, and determine repair procedures, while also enjoying customer interaction.

Required Skills
• Expertise in bike mechanics, listening skills, enjoyment of customer contact, and prioritization of customer satisfaction.
• Organizational skills, meticulous work, versatility, and teamwork.
• Knowledge of Specialized products, and e-bikes in particular, is necessary. Experience in a specialized retail store is mandatory.

Candidate Profile

Bac +2 – CQP Technician qualification with at least 4 years of experience in a specialized store.
You are dynamic and highly motivated to grow professionally alongside the brand.
