Liège-Bastogne-Liège 2025: the route, the list of 11 climbs, the registered riders, and TV broadcast times for the 111th edition

The Liège-Bastogne-Liège Classic takes place on Sunday, April 27, with 252 km and over 3,500 m of elevation gain on the menu. Tadej Pogacar, the defending champion, is present to double down. The Slovenian, 3rd at Milan-San Remo, winner of the Tour of Flanders, 2nd at Paris-Roubaix and the Amstel Gold Race, and also a masterful winner of La Flèche Wallonne yesterday, wants to finish this Classics campaign on the top step of the podium in “the race that suits him best,” according to him. Caution, however. The world champion, truly not sparing his efforts in the race, is not immune to a slight overconfidence and could be surprised by a rider in form, as in the Amstel finale. The Belgian Olympic champion, Remco Evenepoel, will also need to be watched like a hawk. Having made a superb return to competition (winner of the Flèche Brabançonne on April 18 and 3rd at the Amstel on April 20 after a crash), he is in great form for a comeback and is certainly a candidate for victory, having already won the 2022 and 2023 editions. He was also less prominent in the finale of the Mur de Huy, truly limited or deliberately holding back to save himself? Answer in three short days. To follow the race closely, find all the details of the course, the 11 climbs to conquer, the schedules, and the list of registered riders for this 111th edition of La Doyenne.
