Incorporating the latest technologies from the Factor range, the Monza is optimized for riders seeking a balance between performance and everyday use. Named after one of the world’s most iconic race tracks, the Monza builds on the engineering of the Ostro VAM to deliver performance and speed. A true high-performance road bike, the Monza combines efficiency and handling, while retaining Factor’s racing DNA.

Building on the development DNA of the Ostro VAM – independently tested as the world’s fastest road bike and proven with World Tour victories with Israel – Premier Tech – the Monza continues this tradition in a streamlined design.
Optimized Shape and Materials
The Monza retains an aerodynamic frame, optimized for efficiency in real-world racing conditions, while refining certain features and materials to reduce manufacturing complexity and costs.

Like the Ostro VAM, the Monza uses an integrated and aerodynamically optimized front end, carefully designed to promote grip and reduce drag. However, unlike its big brother, the Monza features a planar break between the fork and the frame. This approach allows Factor to offer performance to a wider audience.
The Monza’s design therefore leverages the proven technology of the Ostro VAM with a more streamlined approach. The head tube and fork feature converging contours, while the top tube, seatstays, and chainstays feature thinner tube sections and lines, improving aerodynamics and manufacturing efficiency.

A strategic carbon layup reduces costs while preserving Factor’s characteristic road feel. The Monza’s stiffness-to-weight ratio ensures power transfer and high-speed efficiency.
Geometry and Handling
To offer handling identical to Factor World Tour race bikes, a slightly “democratized” geometry features a cockpit height increased by 10 mm. This offers greater flexibility and comfort to the rider without sacrificing performance.

Retaining the responsiveness sought by riders on Factor, the head angle and fork offset are identical to those of the Ostro VAM. The short chainstays and wheelbase are also identical, optimized for fast sessions as well as solo rides.
Maintenance and Ease of Use
The all-new integrated HB05 semi-aero stem offers optimized hand positioning and cable entries. This reduces machining complexity and facilitates cable routing, while offering a clean and simplified front end.
Retaining an aerodynamic design, the Monza’s head tube prioritizes a pragmatic approach with a simpler round steerer tube than the Ostro VAM, combined with a larger 1.5″ bearing. This allows for simpler internal cable routing so riders can adjust their position.

The integrated in-frame storage, inspired by the SLiCK, is equipped with a convenient locking mechanism for easy access without compromising aerodynamics. This design can reduce drag by up to six watts while lowering the center of gravity.

With 34 mm tire clearance, the Monza offers an ideal balance between aerodynamics and versatility, ensuring optimal performance in real-world conditions.
Availability and Specifications
Designed for all experienced cyclists, the Monza is available in sizes 49, 52, 54, 56, 58, and 61 cm. It is equipped with revised Black Inc Forty Five wheels, featuring steel spokes and easy-to-use bearings for increased durability. It is equipped with a Sram Force power meter or a Shimano Ultegra groupset.
The Monza is available in three colors at launch: Solar Blue, Steel Green, and Pearl White.
