After gathering over 14,000 participants in 2024, the Cycling Challenge returns in 2025 with a program including 6 road sportive events, 8 gravel events, and 6 mountain bike events. The season will kick off on May 1, 2025, exactly one month from now, offering a series of varied challenges across France.

A DISTINCTIVE CONCEPT
The Cycling Challenge aims to bring cycling enthusiasts together around major events on the French calendar, while highlighting remarkable territories and landscapes. Since its launch in 2021, the event has evolved, increasing the number of events and participants, and expanding to the three main cycling disciplines: road, gravel, and mountain biking, integrated since 2024. The routes traverse some of France’s most notable roads, passes, trails, and forest tracks, offering an experience that combines discovery and exchange within a community of riders.
In 2025, a new feature is introduced: the MTB’Tour Cycletyres becomes the French Marathon MTB Challenge, adopting a more competitive dimension.
A STRUCTURED SEASON
The Cycling Challenge attracts regular participants, who have been present for several years, and who contribute to its identity. To reward their loyalty, as well as those registered for the season pack (allowing participation in multiple events), an official jersey will be offered to the participants concerned. This jersey symbolizes commitment to the event’s values: cycling, exploration, and conviviality.
COMMITTED PARTNERS
The Cycling Challenge collaborates with recognized players in the cycling sector to enrich the participants’ experience. These partnerships make it possible to offer accessible and convivial events, fostering exchanges with passionate practitioners. Among them, Classified continues to support the Cyclo’Tour with its Powershift drivetrain system, available for trial. Cannondale renews its commitment to the Gravel’Tour, while Cycletyres supports the MTB’Tour to advise participants on tires suitable for MTB events.
