Trek launches its improved Velocis road shoes, bringing high support to the brand’s high-performance road shoe. Last year, Velocis received an update along with Trek’s RSL and Circuit lines, adopting METNET technology. Today, Velocis gains competitiveness with a latest update, Boas, and much more.

The new Velocis last shape comes from Trek’s Pro Last, seen on the brand’s high-end RSL models last year. Trek’s Pro Last offers riders an optimized, performance-oriented ergonomic fit, better suited to the average foot shape. Riders get more comfort and efficiency with every pedal stroke, complemented by METNET technology that takes support to a whole new level.

Trek’s exclusive METNET technology is a revolutionary fabric that conforms to the rider’s foot through engineered stretch and compression. The fabric’s flex and support result in a shoe that adjusts to a wider variety of foot shapes, providing a custom feel right out of the box. METNET made its road debut last summer, quickly earning praise from Lidl-Trek riders Mads Pedersen, Lizzie Deignan, and Giulio Ciccone.

In addition to the updated fit, the new Velocis road shoes receive new L6 Dial Z Boa dials for micro-adjustment. An external heel reinforcement is also added for improved retention and greater stability during sprints.
Trek’s improved Velocis road shoes are available now at Trek retailers in France.
