Technical Specifications

The Speed Team 42 and 57 build on the foundations of previous Speed models, while integrating a notable improvement: a lightweight aluminum freehub body equipped with USB™ (Ultra Smooth Bearings) ceramic bearings. This innovation reduces friction and optimizes rolling fluidity.

Among other specific features:

Carbon rim: With an internal width of 23 mm, suitable for 28 and 30 mm tires, it improves aerodynamics (+10%) and handling (+16%) compared to 19 mm internal width versions.
2-Way Fit™ Technology: An undrilled rim reinforces the rim’s rigidity and resistance, while simplifying the use of tubeless tires without rim tape.
C-LUX™ Finish: Matte on the outside and glossy on the inside, it ensures optimal compatibility with tires.
Two-to-One™ Spoking: Aerodynamic flat spokes are doubled in critical areas for better rigidity and increased power transfer.
USB™ Bearings: The ceramic cone/cup system guarantees precise alignment and maximum fluidity.

Each wheel is hand-assembled in Europe, according to high quality standards, after more than 4,000 hours of research and testing.

The Speed Team design features an oversized logo with a metallic effect, symbolizing energy and determination. This graphic aims to reflect the passion for competition, both for sportives and major races.
