A limited edition Bianchi for its 140th anniversary

To mark this event celebrating 140 years of history and innovation, the brand is offering the Oltre RC and Specialissima RC models, each limited to 140 numbered units worldwide. On March 22, during the Milan-San Remo race, Kevin Vauquelin of the Arkéa-B&B Hotels team will use the Oltre RC 140 Anniversario edition, while the entire team will wear dedicated commemorative jerseys.

Founded in 1885 in Milan, Bianchi celebrates this milestone with the “Collezione 140 Anniversario”, featuring the Oltre RC and Specialissima RC, two models from its Reparto Corse department. These bikes combine design, innovation, and expertise, reflecting the brand’s heritage.

The frames are distinguished by photochromic paint that interacts with the carbon fiber, making each unit unique. The finish, inspired by amethyst, features a petrol green with aquamarine reflections, also applied to the handlebars and seatpost.

The Celeste color, emblematic of Bianchi, is present on the commemorative logo and certain details, accompanied by a visible serial number on each bike.

The Specialissima RC, designed for lightness and versatility, is equipped with RC33 carbon wheels, an RC139 saddle, and specific handlebars, all developed by Bianchi.

The Oltre RC, an aerodynamic bike, integrates Reparto Corse SPM wheels (50 mm front, 65 mm rear), an RC139 Carbon Air saddle, aerodynamic handlebars, and Air Deflector technology.

Both models are equipped with Shimano DuraAce Di2 groupsets.

Available now through authorized Bianchi dealers, the Oltre RC is priced at €13,999 and the Specialissima RC at €12,699 (bianchi.com).

Each purchase includes a collector’s box with a certificate of authenticity and a book tracing Bianchi’s 140 years of history.

To mark this celebration, Milan-San Remo, held on March 22, was chosen as a symbolic setting, in connection with the brand’s Milanese origins. Kevin Vauquelin will ride the Oltre RC 140 Anniversario, and the Arkéa-B&B Hotels team will wear special jerseys incorporating the 140th anniversary logo, with a design blending Celeste and touches of red. The bike will also be visible at the starting village for amateurs and professionals present.
