While there are many reasons to love this bike, what truly sets the Topstone Carbon apart from other Gravel bikes are its totally unique Kingpin and Lefty Oliver suspension systems. When it comes to riding off-road, suspension not only provides comfort and control but also greater speed.
By absorbing bumps and vibrations, and allowing the wheels to smoothly follow the ground, you benefit from better traction, improved cornering grip, and increased speed on mixed surfaces. Suspension simply enhances off-road riding.

Now let’s get into the details…
KingPin
The Topstone Carbon wouldn’t be a Topstone Carbon without KingPin, Cannondale’s innovative rear suspension for Gravel. A pivot in the seat tube, along with precise tube shaping and carbon layups, allows the bike’s rear triangle and seatpost to flex in unison, providing up to 30mm of bump-smoothing travel.
The KingPin system offers optimal comfort, lateral stiffness, efficient pedaling, and reduced weight, making the Topstone Carbon an ideal bike for long endurance rides and technical trails. The Kingpin system on the new Topstone Carbon has been refined to provide an even smoother and softer ride across all frame sizes.

Lefty Oliver
Up front, some Topstone Carbon bikes are equipped with the third generation of Lefty Oliver, Cannondale’s ultralight single-sided suspension fork specifically designed for Gravel. Celebrating its 10th anniversary, the Lefty Oliver is better than ever!
Updated with 40mm of travel and an all-new damper tune, the latest Lefty Oliver offers unparalleled responsiveness, stability, and control on mixed surfaces. The Lefty Oliver is smoother, faster, and ready to tackle tougher Gravel terrain.

Optimized Ride
Speaking of efficiency to improve riding, Cannondale has refined its size-specific Proportional Response construction on the new Topstone Carbon. Everything, from carbon layup to geometry, is carefully tuned to frame size to ensure the bike and its KingPin suspension deliver a perfectly optimized ride for your height.

Tire Clearance
With tire clearance for up to 52mm at the rear and 56mm at the front, the Topstone Carbon is ready for anything. As a suspension fork doesn’t require as much tire volume, Lefty models offer 6mm of clearance for a 700x47mm tire at the front.

Back to Basics
Topstone Carbon emphasizes simplicity and compatibility. In addition to a rear suspension system that requires no adjustment and virtually no regular maintenance, the bike features a threaded BSA bottom bracket, a standard seatpost and external saddle clamp, a standard spoked rear wheel, and a universal derailleur hanger.
The easy-to-use internal cable routing from the Conceal stem through the frame keeps things tidy and streamlined.

Storage
Let’s not forget your gear. The Topstone Carbon is equipped with Cannondale’s all-new StashPort storage system, perfectly integrated into the bike’s down tube. Paired with the custom StashBag, the StashPort storage system keeps essentials secure for any ride.
Plus, with numerous mounts on the frame and fork, the Topstone is ready to carry tons of gear for the biggest adventures.
