For the 2025 and 2026 seasons, riders from the UCI ProTeam Unibet Tietema Rockets, a team known for its original approach to cycling, will wear KASK helmets in the world’s most prestigious races.

The birth of Tour de Tietema, which this year became Unibet Tietema Rockets, is a case study in absolute originality. It all started in 2019 with Bas Tietema, a former road amateur who, with his teammates Devin van der Wiel and Josse Wester, launched a YouTube channel to document their “parallel participation” in the Tour de France, not as competitors with numbers on their backs, but as content creators with a unique, out-of-the-box approach. The web’s response was immediate, so much so that their channel quickly surpassed 100,000 followers, all entertained and captivated by the videos they uploaded.
A few years later came the big turning point: the idea of creating their own team took shape. Bas Tietema and his team then set out to find the necessary resources and in 2023 founded the team with the dream of one day participating in the real Tour de France.
Since this year, Unibet Tietema Rockets is a UCI ProTeam that will compete in the most prestigious races in world cycling. KASK is delighted to be part of this adventure.

The team’s riders will wear the brand’s iconic helmets: from Valegro, appreciated for its lightness and internal ventilation, to Elemento, which has redefined standards in terms of safety and aerodynamics, and Nirvana, designed for competitions where aerodynamics are crucial. Finally, during time trials, the Unibet Tietema Rockets team athletes will wear Mistral and Bambino Pro Evo, two helmets that express aerodynamics pushed to the extreme, using air to their advantage.
