Garmin unveils the new HRM 200 heart rate monitor

Garmin today announced the launch of the HRM 200, a heart rate monitor designed for athletes who want to improve their overall performance. The HRM 200 provides accurate heart rate and heart rate variability (HRV) data for any activity, both outdoors and indoors. Available in two sizes, it features a strap that adjusts to different body types.

Connectivity: the monitor sends heart rate and HRV data to compatible Garmin smartwatches, Edge^® bike computers / head units, and compatible fitness devices, as well as to the Tacx Training^™ app.
Comfort: the easy-to-adjust strap comes in two sizes (XS-S and M-XL) to fit many athletes of different builds. The strap is machine washable; simply remove the module.
Battery life: thanks to the easily replaceable battery that lasts up to one year.
LED indicator: a small two-color LED to indicate that the HRM 200 is active and ready for use, or that the battery needs to be replaced.
