The 2025 Paris-Nice route unveiled

The 83rd edition of the “Race to the Sun” Paris-Nice will start from Le Perray-en-Yvelines on March 9th and finish on the shores of the Mediterranean in Nice on March 16th, after 1206 km of racing. Jonas Vingegaard is announced at the start and will most certainly be the favorite for the general classification.

As usual, this event, which crosses France diagonally, will offer riders and followers a gradual increase in difficulty, punctuated in the middle by an individual time trial raced by team in the Nièvre region. The summit finish at La Loge des Gardes in the middle of the week will also be a highlight of the race.
The general classification should be decided during the final weekend, with a mountain stage towards the Auron resort, then around Nice for the last stage. Sprinters and punchers will also have roles to play in this eight-act performance, both for certain finishes and for the echelons that often animate the race.
