Two saddles that tell the story of cycling, relaunched by Selle Italia in two reissues almost identical to the iconic models of the 80s and 90s: the Turbo and the Flite.
Integrated into the Heritage collection, the new saddles combine classic and modern elements, paying homage to the company’s roots and the champions who chose them in the past. Made of genuine leather and in a total black version, the Turbo and Flite embody the spirit of cycling from yesteryear.

Turbo 1980
The Turbo was the first saddle from the Asolo-based company used by a professional cyclist in the 80s: Bernard Hinault made it a legendary model. The Turbo 1980 celebrates this history and relaunches the original design in a model featuring a genuine leather cover and a FecAlloy rail. A unique version that brings cycling from yesteryear back to life in a contemporary reinterpretation.

Flite 1990
First launched in 1990, the Flite was a true revolution in the world of saddles. It was the first product characterized by a design with an exposed rail, which influenced saddle design for future generations. The Flite 1990 version retains a minimalist style and a slim silhouette, and bears the old Selle Italia logo, precisely to celebrate the company’s long history. Handcrafted with genuine leather and a titanium rail, it is the reinterpretation of an iconic model that continues to be used by new great champions.
