Its two-layer chamois guarantees optimal comfort, while the elastic bands at the bottom ensure a soft and perfect fit. The ideal choice for cyclists concerned about their comfort and the environment.

Fully dyed fabrics: these bib shorts are made from high-quality materials for increased durability.
2-layer foam chamois: featuring open-cell foam with a density of 100 kg/m³ and a thickness of 12 mm, it offers excellent protection during your rides. The foam’s perforation, with 3 mm holes, significantly improves breathability and airflow, providing a pleasant fresh feeling and quick drying compared to other traditional products.
Soft elastic bands at the bottom: these elastic bands are fully dyed for optimal comfort.

Composition: 70% recycled polyamide and 30% elastane, combining performance and respect for the environment.

The Synergy Windproof Vest

Traceability and durability: Velor’s promise
Velor makes it a point of honor to produce as ethically as possible and to have perfect traceability.
Long-sleeved jerseys and long bib shorts are produced from synthetic materials called Nylon, entirely made from recycled materials (Econyl* fiber).
Econyl is a type of regenerated nylon fabric made from recycled materials, primarily waste such as used fishing nets, fabric scraps, and industrial plastic waste. The manufacturing process of Econyl includes the following steps:
1. Collection and sorting: nylon waste is collected and sorted.
2. Regeneration: the collected waste is cleaned and shredded into small pieces.
3. Nylon production: these pieces are then transformed into nylon yarn through a depolymerization and repolymerization process.
4. Fabric manufacturing: the regenerated nylon yarn is woven or knitted to produce the fabric.

*Econyl is valued for its durability and high performance, while being environmentally friendly, as it reduces waste and the need for new raw materials (see the Econyl® Regeneration system on YouTube). Econyl production sites are located in Italy and Slovenia. The Econyl fiber is then transformed into material by Carvico, based in Italy.
