Technician Missions Description
• You excel in the assembly, adjustment, and maintenance of all categories of bikes—Road, Mountain, City—and you have experience with electric-assist bikes.
• You know how to identify the causes of motor, transmission, and electronic system malfunctions and determine repair methods, all while enjoying customer interaction.
• You are able to train the public in the effective and safe use of equipment.
Sales Advice
• In direct contact with consumers, you provide unwavering support to customers by offering personalized solutions.
• You master sales techniques and the range of products and services to ensure the best possible experience in the purchasing and brand loyalty process.
Required Skills
• Knowledge of Specialized products and e-bikes.
• Listening skills, a knack for contact, and prioritization of customer satisfaction.
• Organizational skills, versatility, and teamwork.
Candidate Profile
Bac +2 / CQP Cycle Technician degree with at least 2 years of experience. You are curious and highly motivated to grow professionally alongside the brand.
