The Casiopeea Sport pour Vaincre association, created in 2015, is supported by members who are convinced that adapted sports practice helps advance towards recovery.
Throughout the year, it offers outings to engage in physical activity and encourages its members to participate in sporting events in parallel with its flagship program, Remise en Selle (Back in the Saddle). This program allows women undergoing cancer treatment to engage in physical activity at their own pace, supervised. They follow indoor cycling sessions accompanied by a coach specialized in sport and health. In addition, each year, the association organizes a major sporting challenge as part of Pink October to raise awareness about the fight against breast cancer and enable women in Remise en Selle to achieve a sporting feat.

And in 2024? In 2024, Paris hosted the Olympic and Paralympic Games and highlighted Women’s Cycling on this occasion! Building on this context, Casiopeea wishes to pay tribute to the athletes and this competition by taking a part of the Olympic cycling event course, as well as the surroundings of several Olympic sites.
This year, for the second consecutive year, the association is organizing the Pink Bike Ride, starting on Sunday, October 27.
The Pink Bike Ride is reserved for women. A 50-kilometer loop is planned with a start and finish at the event space of the Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines Leisure Base.
The places of passage are: the Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines velodrome, La Sourderie, the Palace of Versailles, at the foot of the Elancourt hill…
Welcome is scheduled for 9 am, for a start of the Pink Bike Ride at 9:30 am. 100 participants can register! A refreshment stop is organized in Bailly. Average speed: around 15km/h
Participation: €15 per person
Objectives: enable everyone to raise awareness about the fight against breast cancer, demonstrate that together, we are capable of the exceptional, promote sport for health
