Garmin today unveils the Enduro 3, a connected GPS watch for ultra-endurance. Lighter than ever, it boasts significantly longer battery life than the previous generation, which was already a benchmark. Equipped with an always-on MIP display, the Enduro 3 weighs only 63 grams and offers up to 320 hours of battery life in GPS mode thanks to its solar charging lens1. With premium training and navigation tools, such as VO2 Max insights, dynamic round-trip routing, grade-adjusted pace function, and preloaded TopoActive maps, the Enduro 3 is ready to accompany users on their next adventures.

“Whether you’re an ultra-runner, adventurer, hiker, or participate in a similar discipline, the Enduro 3 is specially designed for the most enduring athletes. With record battery life, a lightweight design, and preloaded TopoActive maps, the Enduro 3 is ready to push all limits to achieve your wildest dreams.” – Dan Bartel, Garmin Vice President of Global Consumer Sales.

Best-in-class battery life

Featuring a larger, more efficient solar charging lens, the Enduro 3 can capture more than double the solar energy of the older Enduro 2 model, resulting in up to 320 hours of battery life in GPS mode1 and up to 90 days of battery life in smartwatch mode2. In addition, SatIQ technology, which automatically switches between single-band and multi-band GPS modes, ensures superior positioning accuracy for up to 120 hours1 of use.

Take on the toughest challenges

– Unique design: designed for seasoned athletes and to withstand extreme weather conditions, the Enduro 3 features a 51mm titanium bezel equipped with a highly scratch-resistant sapphire crystal lens and an Ultrafit nylon strap.
Integrated LED flashlight: the brightness of the flashlight can be controlled directly from the screen. Variable intensities, a red light, and a strobe mode can also be activated to adapt the lighting mode to your needs.

– Adapted for mountain activities: the Enduro 3 watch provides VO2 Max information, a grade-adjusted pace suggestion, and specific mapping functions, including NextFork™, which indicates the distance to the next intersection by displaying the name of the trail to follow.

– Improved navigation: you can view TopoActive maps3 and preloaded maps of thousands of golf courses and ski resorts worldwide. A new map interface makes it easy to customize map layers for better navigation comfort. A new round-trip routing function allows you to define a target distance that continuously adjusts to meet set deadlines.

– Advanced strength training: the Enduro 3 offers targeted strength training programs over four to six weeks, as well as specific strength training for athletes of all types, including trail runners, cyclists, and skiers.

The ultimate performance tool

On the road or on the trails, the Enduro 3 provides cutting-edge performance data such as VO2 Max, training load, and heat and altitude acclimatization. In trail mode, the specific VO2 Max adjusts according to elevation gain and terrain conditions that can affect runner performance. The ultrarunning activity features a rest timer and allows athletes to record their time spent in aid stations.

The PacePro function allows you to plan a pace strategy based on the course’s elevation. Depending on the terrain, you can use grade-adjusted pace technology to achieve a running pace equivalent to the same effort as on flat ground.

By following a course transferred to the watch, the ClimbPro function displays real-time information on current and upcoming climbs.

Designed for the trails

Featuring preloaded TopoActive maps from around the world, the Enduro 3 helps you stay on the right trail during off-road outings. An Outdoor Maps+ subscription provides direct access on the watch to even more premium mapping content, such as satellite imagery and enhanced topographic maps. The NextFork map guide allows you to follow tracks, display the trail name, and the distance to the next intersection. During a race, the “On My Route” function allows you to identify selected points of interest, such as aid stations.

Health and fitness tracking

Equipped with 24/7 health tracking functions4, the Enduro 3 can track HRV status, sleep, jet lag, and energy and stress levels, thanks to the integrated Garmin Elevate Gen 5 wrist heart rate sensors and Pulse Ox5 pulse oximeter.

Beyond running, the Enduro 3 includes dozens of preloaded activity profiles, such as swimming, cycling, golf, and skiing. Athletes can also view animated cardio, strength, yoga, and Pilates exercises directly on their watch or follow specific sports workouts.

Stay connected

Equipped with the Garmin Messenger™ two-way messaging function, the Enduro 3 watch allows you to communicate with loved ones by sending and receiving messages6.

With the Garmin Share function, the Enduro 3 allows you to share recorded locations, routes, and workouts with other people who have a compatible Garmin device. The watch also allows you to display Smart Notifications, download your playlists from Spotify, Deezer, or Amazon Music platforms (Premium subscription required), and easily settle your purchases with the Garmin Pay contactless payment solution.

And to train safely, this new range integrates incident detection, assistance, and LiveTrack real-time tracking functions.

The Enduro 3 is available now at a suggested retail price of €899.99 including tax.
