Designed to offer the least possible air resistance while ensuring high thermal comfort, the Nirvana is the new helmet developed by KASK for road and track cyclists and triathletes looking for maximum performance.

For many years, studies on aerodynamics have played a central role in the development of products for the cycling world, with the aim of optimizing athlete performance as much as possible. Today, KASK presents Nirvana, a helmet designed to ensure minimal air resistance and maximum speed, thanks to its aerodynamic design and lines.
In addition, the Nirvana provides unprecedented ventilation in an aerodynamic helmet, thanks to internal channels that ensure optimal thermoregulation at the front and top of the skull.

Designed for professionals and athletes seeking maximum performance in road and track cycling and triathlon disciplines, the Nirvana features one of the main technological innovations recently introduced by KASK: the Multipod. This is a 3D-printed structure, used as internal padding, which allows for better management of energy resulting from linear and rotational impacts.

The Multipod has isotropic behavior, meaning it behaves the same way regardless of the direction in which force is applied. The special design of the Multipod also improves helmet ventilation by allowing air to pass in direct contact with the athlete’s head.

The design and development process of the Nirvana was also carried out by KASK using innovative software that allows for CFD (computational fluid dynamics) simulations to test a helmet’s aerodynamic performance, ventilation, and thermoregulation. The result is a product offering a 35% reduction in aerodynamic drag and a 19% increase in ventilation compared to the best aerodynamic helmets in its category.

Among the other technical features of the Nirvana is the OCTOFIT+ adjustment system, which ensures stability and comfort thanks to a micrometric adjustment at the nape of the neck, and the classic KASK faux leather strap. The helmet also features a sunglasses holder on the front and a reflective insert at the back.

Finally, in addition to the aforementioned Multipod, we find a second type of internal padding made of merino wool, positioned on the front and sides of the Nirvana to ensure greater comfort and better sweat absorption.
Like other products in the KASK family, the Nirvana was developed in compliance with the KASK Rotational Impact WG11 Test, the internal protocol adopted by the company to measure the performance of its helmets in terms of rotational impacts.

The Nirvana is available in traditional Matte Black and Matte White, as well as three new colors with a gradient effect graphic: Cherry Burst, Blueberry Fade, and Ultraviolet.
Weighing only 270g (size M), the Nirvana is available in sizes M and L, with a recommended retail price of €360.00.
