The new BH iGravelX combines versatility and range thanks to the BHZ motor from SEG Automotive

Building on the success of the BH GravelX and leveraging its SRS anti-vibration system, the new BH iGravelX offers an innovative cycling experience where neither pavement nor range are limiting factors. It features the new BHZ motor from SEG Automotive, designed and manufactured in Spain, renowned for its power, compact design, and efficient motor assistance management.

The BH GravelX entered the market a few months ago as a competitive gravel bike, recognized for its versatility and the innovative SRS system that enhances comfort without compromising weight or performance. Now, all these advantages are incorporated into the new BH iGravelX.

The BH iGravelX features the Smooth Riding System (SRS) with a pivot point in the seatstays and a specific carbon shape in the seatstays, providing 3 to 5 mm of actual rear-wheel travel. This effectively filters out vibrations while maintaining stiffness and performance. Up front, the Air Bow Gravel fork also dampens vibrations, ensuring balanced handling on both wheels. These components blend seamlessly into the frame’s lines, maintaining a fluid and elegant aesthetic.

Like all BH models, integration is at the heart of the BH iGravelX’s design. It features fully internal cable routing, an integrated seatpost clamp, and hidden wheel levers. The design, featuring lowered seatstays and chainstays, provides generous clearance for tires up to 45 mm, ensuring versatility and performance on all terrains.

The newly launched BH iGravelX features the BHZ motor from SEG Automotive, designed and manufactured in Spain with a 5-year warranty. This motor sets a new standard in terms of compactness and lightweight design, which are essential for maintaining the model’s sleek lines and elegant aesthetics.

Technically, it delivers 65 Nm of torque with a peak power output of 500 W. Its key innovations lie in the motor’s assistance management, offering immediate response during acceleration and braking, progressive and natural power delivery, and 100% assistance at all times. It also features a smooth cut-off of assistance when the speed limit is reached and operates almost silently. These strengths align perfectly with the character of the BH iGravelX.

Standard equipment includes a 420 Wh internal battery, which can be expanded with the XPro external battery (wirelessly connected to the second bottle cage mount) to increase capacity by 180 Wh, for a total of 600 Wh. The XPro battery is included as standard in two of the configurations.

The BH iGravelX stands out thanks to its display integrated into the stem, known as the iGravelX Heart. This innovative device displays assistance levels via a system of 12 colored LEDs and allows for easy adjustment using the built-in button.

The BH iGravelX is available in three different configurations, starting at €5,499.
