Fizik introduces its Aliante Adaptive model

With the Aliante Adaptive model, Fizik aims to show that “comfort lies in the curve.” To that end, the brand is unveiling a new 3D-printed version of this iconic endurance saddle. With the introduction of this new model—available in R1 and R3 versions—the lineup of 3D-printed saddles continues to expand.

Designed for cyclists seeking comfort on long rides, the Aliante Adaptive features a wavy profile that offers a gradual, tapered transition from the wing to the nose. With a slightly wider platform to support the sit bones, the design improves stability and weight distribution during endurance rides.

Lab-tested, road-proven

Fizik’s 3D-printed adaptive padding has now been extended to the Aliante family, creating a platform for cyclists who demand exceptional and lasting comfort. This new iteration features a flatter surface that allows for more even pressure distribution and a balanced feel—features that are particularly useful for long days in the saddle.

Customized zonal cushioning

Advances in 3D digital printing have enabled Fizik to develop a new saddle without the constraints or limitations imposed by traditional production methods and materials. The adaptive saddle padding is created by the pioneers of 3D printing, Carbon®, using their revolutionary Digital Light Synthesis™ technology.

Working with Carbon®’s biomechanics experts and engineers, Fizik was able to integrate multiple functional zones into the saddle.
