Specialized and Roval launch the Rapide CLX II Team, limited edition wheels announced as being at the pinnacle of performance by combining aerodynamics, lightness, handling, and durability for a speed gain.

Already spotted with Julian Alaphilippe at the Giro and Remco Evenepoel at the Dauphiné, the Roval Rapide CLX II Team wheels are 130g lighter and 0.5 watts more aerodynamic than the Rapide CLX II. They meet tubeless impact standards twice as high as industry standards and Specialized’s own tire retention test standards, making them the fastest racing wheels.
They benefit from a new, lighter carbon lay-up that saves 40g on the wheelset. They also feature new Silver Team hubs that save an additional 50g, for a final weight of 1360g per pair, with differentiated rim depths of 60mm at the rear and 51mm at the front.
The wheels come with Premium wheel bags, spare parts, tires, water bottles, and tools in a special box, for a price of €3700.
