The iconic Italian brand has been supplying bikes to the UCI Fassa Bortolo women’s continental team for over a decade and will continue to do so, but this season it is moving up to the highest level of women’s cycling by also partnering with the Roland Cycling Team.
The Roland Cycling Team will ride Pinarello Dogma F road bikes throughout the 2024 season and will compete in major events such as the Giro d’Italia Femminile, La Vuelta Femenina, and the Tour de France Femmes.
The Swiss-registered team was founded in 2018 and made its debut in the UCI Women’s WorldTour last season as Israel Premier Tech Roland, securing 10 victories and 11 podium finishes.
The Roland cycling team’s star riders for 2024 include Asian champion Thi That Nguyen and reigning Olympic road race champion Anna Kiesenhofer.

Fausto Pinarello said: “This is a proud moment for us as we make our debut in the UCI Women’s WorldTour, as well as a historic milestone for our brand. We are thrilled to equip the Roland cycling team throughout 2024, as their passion for racing and their constant pursuit of excellence align with our own, and we look forward to seeing them in action on our bikes in the sport’s biggest races.”
Ruben Contreras, general manager of the Roland cycling team, said: “We’re able to compete in the UCI Women’s WorldTour thanks to our motivated riders, our professional staff, and our incredible sponsors who have supported women’s cycling. We are thrilled to be working with Pinarello in 2024, and for me personally, it’s a dream come true, because in my opinion, it’s the best bike brand in the world.”
The Roland Cycling Team will make its debut in the UCI Women’s WorldTour at the UAE Tour Women this week, February 8–11.
