For the fifth consecutive year, the Giant Store and Giant City network has been named Best Brand 2024 by Capital magazine in the “Bicycle Stores and Repairers” category.

As every year, Capital magazine conducted its survey on the quality of in-store services. To do this, 20,000 consumers were asked to rate the brands they frequented based on several criteria: the attention of the salespeople, their professionalism, and the consumers’ desire to recommend the brand.
Thus, for the fifth consecutive year, the Giant Store and Giant City network has been named “Best Brand” in the bicycle stores and repairers category, with an overall score of 8 out of 10. This is further proof of the quality work provided by the stores, with the support and backing of Giant France.
With over 130 stores, the Giant Store and Giant City network provides effective coverage of mainland France, as well as Corsica and Reunion Island. This means that every cycling enthusiast can visit a Giant store within a few kilometers, whether for purchases or repairs.
“I am very proud and happy about this fifth consecutive award, which highlights the quality of our network and the investment made by each of us. Nevertheless, we remain aware that nothing is guaranteed and that we must absolutely continue the efforts that this distinction implies,” said Jérôme Chagnon, General Manager of Giant France.
