AllTrails Named Apple’s 2023 iPhone App of the Year!

The 2023 App Store Awards highlight app and game developers who provide users with enriching experiences and inspire cultural change. Out of nearly two million apps in the App Store, AllTrails is recognized as the iPhone App of the Year for its innovative experience, user-friendly interface, and, according to Apple, because it “helps users around the world find their way.”

Community Local Feed: the new community feature allows users to be inspired by the activities of others nearby. Explorers can check the feed to discover trail activities in any location.
Advanced Conditions: users can see weather conditions on each route. Conditions include: temperature, mosquito count, predictive conditions based on recent and historical weather.
Stats & Accomplishments: a new and improved experience that helps users record their adventures and celebrate their time spent outdoors. Explorers can track their progress, earn badges, and view an inspiring overview of their outdoor activities.
National Park Guides: comprehensive guides to over 200 national parks with tips on where to visit, what to do, and how to prepare.
Improved Trail Navigation: a tool allowing users to follow a planned route, record a route, and easily find their way back to the starting point.
