Job Description

Mission Description
Sales Advice
• In direct contact with consumers, you provide unwavering support to customers by offering personalized solutions.
• You master sales techniques and our range of products and services to ensure the best possible experience in the purchasing and brand loyalty process.
• You work with all employees to achieve objectives while maximizing sales space, particularly by optimizing product presentations (merchandising) and marketing communication strategies.

Workshop Management
• You are able to plan and monitor an intervention by providing technical information.
• You can train the public in the use of equipment.
• Bonus: You excel in the assembly, adjustment, and maintenance of all categories of bicycles.

Required Skills
• Listening skills, a knack for contact, and prioritizing customer satisfaction.
• Organizational skills, versatility, and teamwork.
• Knowledge of Specialized products and e-bikes is a plus.
• Argumentation and sales techniques.

Candidate Profile
Sales training with at least 2 years of experience. You are curious and highly motivated to grow professionally alongside the brand.
