Fast where you want it, robust when you need it, its adaptability allows it to make the most of your ride. Thus, the new Grail holds the keys to speed on all types of terrain thanks to its handling, its real aerodynamic gains, and its overall homogeneity.

The new Grail raises the bar for adaptability: streamlined when speed is essential, it can be fully loaded for the longest days. Whatever your ride needs, the new Grail has the answer.
The Grail is now available on three platforms, including the high-end CFR which has already proven itself with several high-level victories in 2023.
Feedback from pro Gravel cyclist Pete Stetina played a key role in the development of the new Grail. “In gravel, the differences in equipment choice are minimal, and the consequences are great.”
The Gravel scene has evolved considerably since the launch of the first Grail in 2018, and performance requirements in this area are now much clearer. Each event poses its own challenges, so you need a customizable frame that you can configure according to your needs based on the terrain or event you are participating in. Creating this platform was the mission of the new Grail’s development.

A customizable package
Among a long list of innovations, the new Grail offers optimized aerodynamics with more than 9 watts saved compared to its predecessor. The options allowed with the Aero LOAD system make the bike faster. A new Double Drop handlebar shape includes the innovative Gear Groove which houses a wide range of accessories, including adjustable Aero extensions adapted from the Speedmax bike (from the triathlon range).
The Aero LOAD system includes both the LOAD Down storage system, integrated into the frame, and the innovative LOAD FidLock QuickLoader, which is quick to install and remove, and makes the new Grail 1.5 watts faster than its predecessor.

The ride dynamics have been rethought with a revised frame geometry, adding stability while maintaining agility, and the comfort of the Grail range is still present with a seatpost concept adapted from the Ultimate road range, but optimized for performance Gravel riding.
A wide selection of equipment, from LOAD fork legs for additional carrying capacity to quick removal and installation, makes the new Grail as adaptable as it is fast.

CFR, the new benchmark for Gravel racing
More cyclists, more pressure, more events, more nationalities, Canyon is at the forefront of the Gravel racing movement, present where it matters with riders leading the results in many disciplines. The very first Grail CFR was created for them to deliver this performance as the fastest and most efficient Gravel bike Canyon has made to date. The highest carbon qualities that require precision manufacturing processes allow less material to be used while making the frame stiffer and stronger for benchmark stiffness-to-weight. Compared to the new Grail CF SLX, the Grail CFR frame is 118g lighter while the frame is 10% stiffer in terms of power transfer measured at the bottom bracket and head tube.
These attributes were put to good use when Carolin Schiff took victory at Unbound 200, more than 15 minutes ahead of her closest competitor aboard the Grail prototype in GRVL DZZL livery. To honor this victory, a limited launch edition of 70 bikes will be available at launch in this iconic GRVL DZZL artwork.
The range
There is a wide range of versions available for the new Grail across three levels, Grail CF SL, Grail CF SLX, and the new Grail CFR:
Grail CF SL
Starting at €2699, the Grail CF SL is an excellent entry point into the world of performance Gravel with competitive specifications at more accessible prices. To make this possible, Grail CF SL frames do not come with down tube storage, but the Fidlock Quickloader storage is still present. In addition, the CP0045 Double Drop Bar equipped on the Grail CF SL does not allow for integrated Aero extensions, nor computer mounts and light mounts.

Grail CF SLX
The Grail CF SLX adds the versatility of LOAD Down Tube storage and Gear Groove and is available in 1by and 2by electronic shifting options. The Grail CF SLX 8 Di2 equipped with GRX Di2 costs €4999 and the Grail CF SLX 8 AXS adorned with SRAM Force and Zipp 303 Firecrest is €5299.

Grail CFR
At the top of the range with the lightest frames and overall builds, the Grail CFR Di2 will cost €6999, while the Grail CFR AXS equipped with a Quarq power meter demands €7999. Finally, only 70 limited launch editions of the Grail CFR LTD in the remarkable GRVL DZZL design will be available worldwide for €10000.
